Delivery

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International delivery is not available yet.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order. It is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and packed from our UK base on working days. You will receive an order confirmation with your ZMS order number as soon as the order is placed, and a dispatch update once your parcel leaves us.

Tracking your order

Signed-in customers can see every order and its current status in their account. Guests can look an order up with the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived when expected, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
