What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and billing and delivery addresses. When you create an account we store your profile details and saved addresses. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide customer care, keep your account and wishlist, and — with your consent — send you news about ZMS drops.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment processor. ZMS does not store your full card number.

Marketing consent

Newsletter sign-up is opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

Cookies and storage

We store your bag and wishlist in your browser so they survive a refresh, and we use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in.
