Return window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all ZMS tags still attached.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order for the size you want, subject to availability.

Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Return postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend a tracked service.
